Not resolved

No one opened the Raleigh, NC Wakefield salon today, 9/3/17, at 10:00 am. Several customers waited for someone to open, I left as I had other appointments.

What kind of business practices does this company follow? As a long time customer of your salons, I expected better service. This manager needs to make sure stylists are ready for guests at 10 am as advertised. This manager doesn't seem to care about this business.

I would advise a serious conversation with her. I will never visit this salon again as the salon doesn't seem to care whether a guest has other business to attend to and neglects opening times.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

September 4th was a Federal Holiday. I would assume they were closed for the holiday OR working reduced hours. Even hair stylists like to celebrate Labor Day with their families.
