My daughter & I went in for haircuts this morning at the shop on Elm St in St Charles MO & were told it would be about 45 minutes. We checked in, left & came back 45 minutes later.

Knowing it wouldn’t be exactly 45 minutes I didn’t get really pissed until a man walked in after us & Haley asked the other stylist if she could take him first because “he had to be somewhere”. We did too but continued to wait. When Haley finally finished the mans cut she was working on she asked him if he wanted a shampoo...after the cut??? She never looked our way or acknowledged us at all.

Then after checking out, sweeping up a little bit, she turned to someone with foils & attended to her. Again without even looking our way. I’m not sure what her problem was with us but we were very obviously being ignored. So in total we waited nearly 1 1/2 & on top of that treated like crap.

She not only had terrible people skills but time management issues also!!!! We walked out without getting what we came in for.
