I would like to report a horrible experience today I went to have a hair cut by Vicky. I came in with an appointment to"any stylist" and happened to be Vicky, I am very disappointed and unsatisfied by Vicky's poor service, and rude attitude during the entire time.

First she was putting out a grimacing face as I entered there as the customer, I immediately felt something wrong, I had never had her cut my hair before, and I was kindly asked her name, and what is going on why she put out a face as I was owing her, I did not feel welcome at all!

Now comes the worst part, when she needed changed direction to cut me instead of kindly request or gently guide the directions, she pushed my head around real hard, as if operating a machine, kept sending orders: "look down, really down and stay there!"

I'd have to say it's the worst hair cut experience I ever had!

First, I will never go back to Vicky again and do not recommend her service. Wish the management train your employees to treat your customers right!

Bad haircut

Fantastic Sams - Bad haircut
I wanted a trim the bare minimum taken off and she cut my hair completely off my shoulders into a bob I didnt want and now I have to deal with it a free haircut doesnt make up for because I have to deal with it until it grows out

Jaymee lawaence Terminated 2 employees for asking questions About why our pay checks were late She then proceed to demand that we seese any matters involved in her being contacted She concluded that we were not fallowing the chain of command Whare as I was I was told my my direct supervisor that I was to contact her to indicate that we all needed to be paid on time As we never were We as the staff were treeted poorly by her and no one seems to care She needs to more than a slap on the wrists I have too many screen shots and what not be included here Whare admitted to paying us late

Poor hair coloring. Manager extremely rude.

My stylist did a poor job. I called the manager to explain what happened and she basically told me I was lying. I have been to that salon three other times and I never had a problem before. I had gone in for just my roots because I have almost completely gray hair. I told the stylist I wanted my roots, one shade, darker than the rest of my hair because theres a contrast and it doesnt look right when its not a shade darker. She did my whole hair, a shade darker And I didnt realize she was doing it until it was already on my head now my hair is dry and the color looks horrible

I went in to get my roots done two days ago by breaking them up with highlights. Your employee didnt leave the foils on long enough and didnt use the correct developer becuase my roots are no different than they were before my visit .if you want to avoid me leaving you a bad review with pictures of my current hair online then I would appreciate a full refund immediately.

From you and the tip service I felt pressured to use before I could exam my hair . If not I wil dispute both charges and leave reviews with pics online .

If you want to see pictures of what your employee did email me with link. I wil not go in to have her touch my hair after she did this ..

Agree. I like how she threatens to leave a bad review and post pics online.

Which is exactly what she is doing.

She also is lying about not being able to examine her hair before leaving a tip. She should not be allowed to file a dispute since she was there and did not voice her displeasure and let them attempt to fix the situation.

Hello,
I am a client at Fantastic Sam's at 17031 W Bell Rd #109 Surprise Az. I am upset with the online schedule an appointment.

I have used this and when I get to the salon they have no record in their computer that I even scheduled. This happened months ago and was told by several stylists it doesn't work. WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE IT? It had been months so today I decided to try again.

I even screened shot my appointment time and it had gone through. I arrive they have no record. I was even told that earlier today they had an incident that doubled booked clients. Why hasn't this been resolved.

I would like you to contact the owner or manager of this facility and find out what is going on. They offered to do me if I waited. My time is valuable and why should I wait and bump someone else who is waiting for their appointment.

I would like a response from someone in corporate who handles these complaints. I would like a case # too so I can followup with the status.

I had a hair cut and a beard trim that was royally messed up. Called the store manager for a refund and have it fixed.

We came to a resolution with the stipulation that the manager fixes my beard. I showed up for my follow up appointment and the store was closed during business hours, no note no phone call. Due to this no resolution has happened.

Due to the humiliation from the poor hair cut and beard trim another salon graciously redid it so it looked decent which included removing part of the beard trim that was so bad we had to remove it. And fixed the hair cut that parts I did not request in the first place.

I was ripped off!! BEWARE of their scandalous business practices. I went in for a $24 haircut. When it was time to pay the bill they charged me $51.00!!! WTF? I was billed $15 to dry my hair, $12.00 for having long hair, then .65 to leave a tip. I didnt ask for a blow dry, my stylist said she had to dry my hair to finish cutting it, so I thought, ok, cool, whatever. And $12 to cut long hair? I was there to get it all cut off!!?? Isnt that why people get haircuts in the first place? Then the icing on the cake was that I had to pay a fee to leave a tip. TOTAL SCAMMERS. They should be ashamed.

Very poor service. Manager on duty was cleaning instead of taking care of customer.

They refuse to claim that any customer has ever been burned by hot wax. They say it is temperature controlled. I'm telling you that it was exremely hot and it burned my skin.

I contacted customer service today. Could not be resolved over the phone.

My name and number will be passed on to the franchise owner.

She claims that the eyebrow wax is set at one temperature. Then why did it burn my skin?

I went to this location for a haircut (awful) and a brow wax. After finishing up, the stylist put some sort of gel over where it was waxed. It was not til later on that day that I had begun to have some pain over my right eyebrow. I looked in the mirror and noticed that there was a small burn mark there. I stayed in pain for a couple of days afterwards. Very disappointing. Beware of this place.
