Bad hair cut and color

They won't help me had coupons used for my color. And my son's hair cut. Also the manager a man at fantastic Sam's very rude about talked to him. On August 20th at 7,the Ave like cation Huntington wva said had 10 day grace period. No refunds or do hair over even ask for a gift card. Say d to all above just you are due for another hair color lol kebto even get partial refund Don even know if girl done by hair us d them shge didn't know how to style my hair at all her name is angelia

Kevin the manager at fantastic Sam's 7th Ave Huntington wva. Won't help me at all said had. 10grace period which I was not aware of had bad hair experience with styles st angelia July 27th ,2021dont know how to style my hair wrong color applied don't even look like it was even done and used hair coupons me and my son came to eight six dollars even wanted more tips and I ask even for a gift card or a partial refund said no won't help all

Did not get what I asked for at all...I got waves instead of spirals. So I went through the weekend like a matter dog. All the did for me upon return was wash it and condition it.

In the Fantastic sams on East bay Clearwater Fl. I first walked in all matted and the stylist asked if I had slept on it Sat. And Sunday night (of course I did ) SMH I was quoted 85.00 when I called for appt. I was charged 130.00. So now they want to layer my entire head to see of it helps. Verrry unsatisfied I need to know the # I can call to dispute this.

If your hair was all matted, that means they had to work to get out the tangles, which costs extra. Detangling is a service and services cost money.

FIRST OF ALL WHEN I PAY SOMEONE 129.00 DOLLARS TO CUT AND COLOR MY HAIR I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK MY HAIR TO BE CUT TO MY LIKING. I CALLED AND SETUP MY APP UP.

SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WAS PULLED TO THE BACK TO BE TOLD SHE DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE TO DO MY HAIR ANYMORE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE. SHE TOLD ME IN A CONVERSATION THAT SHE HAD A WOMAN SHE DIDN'T ENJOY DEALING WITH, BUT SHE DOES HER HAIR ANYWAY. WHEN I WENT TO THE MANAGER, SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE.

I FEEL THAT IF YOU HAVE THAT TEMPERAMENTAL PERSON WORKING FOR YOU, THEY WOULD COST YOU MONEY. I DIDN'T ONLY GET MY HAIR CUT AND COLORED, I ALSO BOUGHT SHAMPOO. THIS SALON IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THIS ORDEAL REALLY STRESSED ME OUT.

I NEVER SAID ANYTHING MEAN OR OUT OF THE WAY TO THE HAIRDRESSER. UNLESS SOMEONE STEPS UP I WILL DO ADVERTISING FOR THIS FACILITY AND REGION, AND IT WILL BE HIGHLY NEGATIVE!

Owner never wearing mask

every time I make an appointment and ask if everyone will be masked I am assured they will be. except the owner refuses to wear a mask, ever. she is the most horrible revolting person, when I complain she hides in the back and still comes out with no mask. she encourages customers to not wear masks. is this your policy? this has been going on for over a year. the hair dressers are very respectful, she is the worst. cross roads shopping center Naples FL.

Haircut

I have recently moved back to Indiana so I had to find a place to get my haircut. My hair does better with a razor cut so I went to Great Clips twice the first cut was ok the second time the owner cut it but he doesn't do razor cuts was not a good cut. I tried to cut it myself but could not do a very good job. I was hesitant to go to Fantastic Sams but I am glad I did.My stylist was Emily she did a awesome job! I will go back,it is alittle pricey but worth it, wish they took appointmens Thanks EmilLikey

I think I'll give up and go else where. I finally get to where I need to be after 45 minutes. Then I find out that the stylist I like is booked for 30 days. That's impossible. So I give up, but I'm guessing you don't care.

Went in told the stylist what i wanted was to keep the hair long but even up the ends and she gave me a brush cut. paid no attention to any of my instructions just rushed thru it as fast as she could. Worst haircut of my life....

First, I'm a boy (I don't know if they specialize in girl haircuts or anything since I'm not an adult, but I wanted to put this in because I know bad haircuts) I went there with my brother to get our haircuts since sports clips was full, its was alright at first. Nobody was there so we got first in line. I told the lady what I wanted, and she was alright with it. My hair at that time was around 4 inches long in the top and maybe 2 inches on the sides. I asked her to just take off an inch of hair on the top, and then she went bonkers! She used trimming scissors and just went cutting half of my hair off my head!! THIS HAIRCUT WAS FOR A WEDDING, AND SHE KNEW!!!

Overall Horrible Experience

I went to Fantastic Sam's because it was nearby, the prices online seemed reasonable & being new to the area I don't have a regular salon. Unfortunately something I was so excited about, a much needed haircut & highlight, has turned into a 3 week ordeal. I made an appointment online & when I called to confirm the appointment for a cut & partial highlight they had no record of it & so the time was adjusted to make sure someone could highlight my hair, not a big deal. When I arrived the girl I was scheduled to see was double booked & because I was a new client they sent me to someone else. So now for the 4th time (online, over the phone, at the desk & to the woman that was going to do my hair) I explained, I wanted a bob & partial highlights. I showed pictures of what my hair normally looks like & that I want it to look fairly natural, like I'd been out in the sun. 2 hours later my hair is striped all over with nearly platinum highlights on my almost brown hair. There was nothing natural about it. & the total came to $162!!! Not at all the services I had told her I wanted. But the work was done, the manager (who'd been sitting around doing nothing but complain, talk about taking a nap, frantically search for the book of procedures that she lost & insert herself loudly into conversations - oh & she swept once) was not the type of person I was in the mood to argue with. So I sucked it up, I told myself it'll fade in a few washes, maybe it's not that bad. The only way it wasn't that bad was if I used about a half can of dry shampoo every day, having so much powder in my hair sort of blended it. But I just couldn't stop thinking about how I was very clear with what I wanted & this woman did a full not partial foil & made it look horribly unnatural & when i looked upset asked "do you want toner?" Once she explained that toner will help blend it I agreed since my hair looked like a zebra - but she never said it would cost extra, especially since this disaster was her fault. I'm sorry, I've worked in sales & customer service for years & it's just bad business not to explain to a client what it is they're purchasing while also not explaining cost. The manager was sitting right there & said "yeah toner fixes everything" but also didn't explain that all these things were going to jack my bill way up. As far as I knew toner is like shampoo. 2weeks later, I finally called to get my hair fixed & they made me feel awful. If I hadn't already spent way more than I wanted I would've gone somewhere else. Unfortunately the woman who would be fixing my hair was the manager from my previous visit. I walked to the door at 9:02 (my appointment was at 9) & she was right there smoking a cigarette, asked if I was her color correction at 9, I said yes & she said we're not open yet. Not for 5-10 minutes. Basically she was going to smoke her cigarette & give me dirty looks until she was ready. For the next hour she & the woman who had done my hair the first time made me feel ridiculous. "What's wrong with it? It looks fine to me" A lot of eye rolling, talking under their breath & "oh this is such an easy fix" as though I was overreacting. In short their demeanor & attitude made me feel awful. & I was not even going to approach the subjuct that I felt swindled into paying a huge bill with this woman who already doesn't like me & she's got hair dye on my head. She gave me low lights on the crown of my head, kept stressing what an easy fix it was, blow dried just the top of my head & said"ok you're done, take the smock off & leave it right where it is". Pretty much it felt like don't let the door hit you on the way out. One thing I'd like to work on is being less nice & polite. I thanked them after each appointment, I tipped them after each appointment - because that's what I know is the polite thing to do. But that salon is awful, that woman has all the customer service of a switch blade & in the end my hair still looks bad & I'm out $232. I hate Fantasic Sam's.

I'm from Bloomington Minnesota... last week I made a call to you Bloomington Minnesota location... I was looking to get the hair trimmed up... I believe it was Tina cuz I was talking with.... I asked about the mask... and told Tina my situation... With the 2 disabilities that I have Neurofibromatosis... Benign tumors on the face... The other disability is Arthrogryposis Multiplex congenita...I told Tina just makes it impossible...For me to wear a mask.... Tina made call..to the owner...the answer I got was no...the owner was demanding... That I wear a mask... Tina asked if I still wanted to keep the appointment...to have my Hair trimmed up... I said NO due to discrimination against people with disabilities... I will never go back to any Fantastic Sams
